A studio in praise of the hand.
Clayzio was founded on a stubborn belief: that ceramics for everyday use should feel as considered as the meals they hold. A decade later, our master potters hand-throw and hand-glaze every piece in small batches — for homes, hotels and restaurants across the world.

The first Clayzio piece was a lopsided plate, thrown late one evening on a wheel that had been in the family for two generations. It sat on our kitchen table for a year before we could bring ourselves to sell one. That plate became the Terra collection.
Today, we work with over a hundred potters, glazers and kiln operators across our studios in Khurja. Our reactive glazes are developed in-house — small-batch, tested for months, and mixed by weight so the ridges of a wheel-thrown surface catch light exactly the way we want them to.
"Every plate carries the mark of the hand that made it."
We build ceramics to be used — dropped in the sink, taken to the picnic, run through the dishwasher a thousand times. If a piece ever chips prematurely, we'll replace it.
